Welcome to HabitNode by VHIR Tech. By downloading, accessing, installing, or using the HabitNode application, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VHIR Tech governing your use of HabitNode (Version 1.0.5). By using the App, you confirm you are at least 13 years of age. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.
VHIR Tech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use HabitNode for personal, non-commercial productivity purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works.
Cloud features require Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for all activity under your account. For data handling details, see our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to post abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or spam content. You will not impersonate others, manipulate the leaderboard, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
⚠️ Content Removal: We may remove content violating these Terms at our sole discretion.
⚠️ Account Suspension: Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations. Cloud data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Pro subscription processed via Google Play Billing. Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal. Refunds within 48 hours via Google Play.

🔔 Full-Screen Alarms: HabitNode includes professional alarm functionality that displays full-screen alerts on your lock screen to ensure you never miss your habit reminders. By enabling alarms, you grant HabitNode permission to:
⚠️ Alarm Security Lock: When an alarm is ringing on your lock screen, the alarm interface is the only accessible screen until you dismiss or snooze it. This prevents unauthorized access to your app data while your device is locked. You must explicitly tap "Stop Alarm" or "Snooze" to exit the alarm screen.

Battery & Performance: Alarm features may slightly impact battery life as they require certain background capabilities. HabitNode is optimized to minimize impact, but for guaranteed alarm delivery, we recommend whitelisting the app from battery optimization in your device settings.
Liability Disclaimer: While HabitNode employs industry-standard mechanisms (full-screen intents, exact alarms, wake locks) for reliable alarm delivery, VHIR Tech cannot guarantee 100% alarm delivery in all cases due to device-specific battery optimization, manufacturer customizations (e.g., MIUI, EMUI, OneUI), Do Not Disturb modes, or operating system limitations. You acknowledge that HabitNode alarms should not be solely relied upon for critical, life-safety, or medical purposes.
HabitNode sends various types of notifications including habit reminders, AI-powered motivational nudges, smart reminders, daily summaries, badge unlocks, and chat messages. You can customize or disable any notification category in app settings or your device's notification management.
To deliver core functionality, HabitNode requires certain Android permissions:

HabitNode is provided "AS IS" without warranties. VHIR Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, missed alarms, missed habits, or loss of streaks. The App is a productivity tool, not a critical reminder system for medical, safety, or emergency purposes.
All content, design, UI/UX, source code, alarm sound files (created/licensed by us), and HabitNode branding are exclusive property of VHIR Tech.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
You may stop using HabitNode by uninstalling. We may terminate access for violations. Cloud data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Governed by laws of India (IT Act 2000). EU/UK consumer protections apply additionally. Disputes: contact vhirsupport@gmail.com first, then Indian courts.
We may modify these Terms. Significant changes notified via in-app notification. Continued use = acceptance. Review periodically along with our Privacy Policy.
